Customer Satisfaction is Top Metric for Innovation, says PwC

A new report by consulting giant PwC highlights customer satisfaction as the top metric for innovation in today’s companies.

According to Smart Planet, customer satisfaction was cited by 79% of innovators as being the leading metric, followed by market expansion at 72%.
